The Evolution D5 Front Hub Assembly is a complete, ready-to-install replacement designed specifically for the front suspension of Evolution D5 models. Built to OEM specifications, this hub assembly ensures proper wheel rotation, secure mounting, and smooth, reliable performance for daily driving or commercial use.

• PLEASE NOTE – IMPORTANT UPDATE: Evolution has updated the front hub design for D5 models while continuing to use the same part number.

  If your cart has the older-style front hub, this replacement hub WILL NOT FIT. In that case, the complete spindle assembly must be replaced to accommodate the newer hub design.

  • New-style hub: approximately 10mm lip on the back side

  • Old-style hub: approximately 20mm lip on the back side

  • The old-style measurement is approximate, as we do not currently have one available for exact measurement.

  • The bearings are the same for both hub styles.
