Terms and Conditions
1) Customer acknowledges that he has had an opportunity to personally inspect the equipment and that it is in good condition. Customer further acknowledges that he or his employees understand how to safely operate the equipment, and only those personnel qualified to operate the equipment will do so.
2) ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are hereby excluded.
3) Customer assumes full responsibility for, and shall indemnify and hold Metro Golf Cart Rentals, Sales and Service, Inc. harmless from any and all judgements, claims and transportation of equipment. Customer must furnish a certificate of insurance for liability and damage naming Metro Golf Cart Rentals, Sales and Service, Inc. as co-insured.
4) Any damage, in transit or at the place of use, other than normal wear and tear, is the responsibility of the customer including the cost of parts and labor. Metro Golf Cart Rentals, Sales and Service, Inc. will not reimburse, nor be liable for any expenses not specifically authorized by it. Flat tires are the responsibility of the customer in all cases. The rental charge will not abate while the equipment is under such repair. Using tape on the carts will damage paint and the customer will be charged for the damages.
5) Once equipment leaves the possession of Metro Golf Cart Rental, Sales and Service, Inc., customer assumes responsibility for it until customer has picked-up, and has receipt in his possession following pick-up by Metro Golf Cart Rentals, Sales and Service, Inc., or customer returns equipment to Metro Golf Cart Rentals, Sales and Service, Inc. location. Customer warrants that he has sufficient insurance to cover the replacement cost of the equipment in the event that such equipment is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Customer acknowledges the Metro Golf Cart. Sales and Service. lac. has no insurance coverage on the equipment while it is io the customer's possession and the customer makes this material inducement for Metro Golf Cart Rental, Sales and Service, Inc. the enter into this contract. Customer agrees that in the event of theft, loss, damage beyond repair to equipment, that customer will reimburse Metro Golf Cart Rentals, Sales and Service Inc. at established costs. Customer agrees that the rental shall continue until reimbursement is made in full.
6) If customer has left a signed check or a signed credit slip as a deposit, a signature below constitutes explicit approval to use such deposit to pay for the total amount of any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period, plus rental charges. 7) Customer agrees to return equipment in a clean condition free of dirt. grime. grease and debris, Customer further understands that a detailing charge of $35.00 will be assessed tor each cart returned io an unsatisfactory condition.
MOTOCROSS RACE WAIVER
1. ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE IN THEIR
POSSESSION A VALID, NON-RESTRICTED DRIVER’S LICENSE.
2. ANYONE FOUND TAMPERING WITH PROPERTY OF UNITED METRO GOLF CARS LLC, (THIS INCLUDES: ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CARBURETOR, LINKAGE,
GOVERNOR AND OR ANY OTHER MEANS TO MISUSE CART.)
THE RENTER WILL BE SUBJECTED TO THE FOLLOWING:
A Surcharge will be assessed in the amount of $100.00
You will lose all rights and privileges with carts and ALL MONEY WILL BE FORFEITED
Any riders as well as yourself on tampered cart will be disqualified from riding for the duration of the event. (Even if the renter is not on the cart when it is misused, the renter will still be fined and disqualified.)
3. DAMAGED OR STOLEN CARTS ARE THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY. THEREFORE
THE RENTERS ASSUME ALL THE CHARGES AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE
DAMAGE/STOLEN CART.
WE SUGGEST LOCKING UP YOUR GOLF CART WHEN NOT IN USE. DAY OR NIGHT. ONE KEY FITS ALL.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM
Please be advised that the above card is being authorized to pay the invoice above. Furthermore the card is also being authorized to pay for any damages to the cart or theft of the cart, for any late rental return fees of the cart and all liability arising from the use of the cart in accordance with the contract. I, hereby agree to the above stated terms.
